  • The center is strategically positioned along I-270 and Manchester Road just south of I-64, north of both I-44 and I-55, and just 15 minutes west of downtown St. Louis.
  • There are over 11,000 businesses, including the headquarters of more than 150 companies and over 220,000 workers within a 5-mile radius of the center. Drury Hotels, Spectrum, BJC and Mercy medical centers as well as the International Headquarters of Edward Jones are all located near the center.
  • Over 50% of West County Center's affluent community has an average household income of more than $100,000 and is the largest area of high-income residents in the Midwest with the exception of Chicago's North Shore. In addition, St. Louis County is the largest county in Missouri and has the highest per-capital income in the state.
  • There are more than 60,000 students attending local colleges and universities including Washington University, St. Louis University, Webster University and University of Missouri-St. Louis.
