We are constantly looking for ways to evolve and modernize our company culture. In addition to offering a comprehensive benefits package, training and education programs, we recently introduced a formal workplace flexibility program. In 2021, we invested in additional progressive health insurance options for employees and their dependents to further enable consumer-driven healthcare and improved well-being. We continue to provide our team with learning and development opportunities, including our bi-annual leadership conference, CBL U; leadership development programs; and other ad hoc training opportunities on a variety of topics through our recently launched UKG Learning platform. In 2022, we are expanding these efforts to include increasingly comprehensive training in diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as on-demand health and wellness content. We require all full-time team members to participate in annual cyber-security training. UKG Learning will also provide us with a platform for more self-guided learning and allows us to track and goalpost team member training programs and hours. Team members also have the opportunity to further their formal education through our tuition reimbursement program.
