Tyler Overley serves as Vice President of Accounting and Assistant Controller, a position he has held since 1997. He joined CBL in 1984. Mr. Overley is a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee Chattanooga.
