Matt Holligan serves as Vice President – Management. A position he has held since September 2021. He joined CBL in 2001 as Assistant General Manager at Post Oak Mall in College Station, Texas, and in 2003, relocated to Fayetteville, North Carolina to assume the position of General Manager at Cross Creek Mall, and later relocated to serve the same role at Turtle Creek Mall. In 2012, he was promoted to Assistant Director of Operations and relocated to CBL’s home office in Chattanooga. In 2014, he was promoted again to Director and then later to Senior Director having amassed a broad array of experience in property management. In addition to providing guidance and leadership to one-third of CBL’s portfolio of properties, he also serves on CBL’s ESG Team with a focus on sustainability. Prior to joining CBL, he served as facility manager and store manager in retail.
