Lewis Hilton serves as Vice President – Development. A position he has held since September 2021. He joined CBL as a leasing manager in 1999 after serving as an account executive with Harrison Fulfillment Services and operations coordinator with Witt, Gaither & Whitaker. During his two-decade tenure with CBL, his roles have included senior leasing manager, Director, and Senior Director, and most recently shifted his focus from permanent leasing to development leasing helping to drive the evolution of CBL’s portfolio. He holds a BS in Human Services Management.
