Brad Hendrix joined CBL in 2012 as Associate Counsel – Management. His experience prior to joining the Company included the District Attorney’s office in Montgomery, AL as well as ten years’ experience in private practice. His responsibilities as Associate Counsel – Management include general legal services and providing counsel on corporate governance, contracts and transactions within the commercial real estate arena as well as litigation/dispute management and resolution, risk management and insurance, construction matters, human resources, marketing/branding, and public relations. Hendrix earned his JD from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law.
