Heidi Cardall, SLD, has served as Vice President – Specialty Leasing since September 2021. She joined CBL in 1998 after working on the retail side of the business including developing product lines and planning and executing merchandising programs with Zales, the Mills Corporation, and Mainstreet Retail. Prior to her most recent promotion, she most recently served as Senior Director – Specialty Leasing, leading the team enabling local businesses and entrepreneurs grow their business at CBL’s portfolio of properties. She holds a BS in Marketing and Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
