Recent Openings

In June 2021, CBL and Vision Hospitality Group celebrated the opening of a 135-room Aloft by Marriott Hotel as part of the Hamilton Place Sears redevelopment project in Chattanooga, TN.

HCA Houston Healthcare opened a 48,000 square foot nurse training facility at Pearland Town Center in July 2021. This state-of-the-art facility houses high-fidelity hospitals providing ongoing clinical education for nearly 7000 nurses.

York Galleria Mall in York, Pennsylvania celebrated the opening of Hollywood Casino in August 2021, which features 500 slot machines and 24 live-action table games, as part of the mall’s Sears redevelopment project.
